1994

Binswanger begins operations in Peru, offering Advisory and Brokerage services.

1998

We structured the financing of the Plaza República I building through a forward lease agreement, 9,000 m2 for 10 years.

2003

Pfizer becomes our first client to receive a 360° service: Search, Implementation, and Facility Management.

2005

Establishment of the Studies and Market Research area.

2008

Our Project Management team secures Peru’s first LEED Gold certification for Roche.

2012

We launch Facility Management operations for the Banco de Crédito and Interbank groups.

2014

Exclusive marketing of Peru’s first LEED Platinum-certified building: Leuro.

2015

Office location and implementation for BELCORP: A customized headquarters spanning over 18,000 sqm.

2016

We provided office design services for Novo Nordisk, securing Peru’s first LEED Platinum certification.

2017

We surpassed one million sqm managed by our Facility Management team.

2018

Consolidation of ALICORP’s new headquarters: Over 10,000 sqm in the CEM IV building.

2020

We achieved quadruple ISO certification (9001, 14001, 37001, 45001) for our Project Management services.

2021

We launched Facility Management services for 500 stores of Peruvian Pharmacies. We implemented South America's first WELL Gold-certified office for Enel.

2022

Our Facility Management team secured the LEED O+M Certification for the Fibra WB and Pal 400 buildings.

2023

We delivered our first building constructed by Binswanger: a multifamily project spanning 34,700 m², with 8 towers of 9 floors each.

2024
